Please have a read through of the answers to some of the common questions we receive, and if you can't find an answer to your own question, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Can I pay with "Cash On Delivery"?

We offer this for certain bulk or wholesale orders which are within our delivery radius - to find out if you're able to pay with "Cash on Delivery" for your order, please contact us.

For standard individual orders, however, payment is required online as we use third party entities to deliver them.

Is there a minimum order amount?

Yes, we have a minimum order amount of $20 for delivery. There is no minimum order amount for pick up orders.

Do you have any Gluten Free or Vegan options?

At the moment, no, we do not provide gluten free or vegan options.

Nut Allergy Information

Our products are made in an environment which contains nuts, there are no safe guards in place to strictly protect against cross contamination in regards to nuts. Our products also contain nuts. Please refrain from consuming our products if you have nut allergies.

Are the cookies Halal?

Yes! Our cookies are 100% halal!

We are careful to use products that do not contain any gelatin or alcohol. There are no animal products used in our cookies besides eggs, which are halal to consume.

Do the cookies contain eggs?

Yes, all our cookies are made using eggs.

How do I store my Crumb Face items?

When you receive your Crumb Face NYC cookies, transfer them to an airtight container. If left sealed in an air tight container and unopened from their heat sealed packaging bags, their shelf life is 2 months.

Alternatively, if you've managed to control yourself from eating them all before 7 days, you can freeze them. To freeze, wrap them (if opened from original heat sealed packaging) to protect them from freezer burn and you can store them for up to 6 months. If reheating from frozen let thaw to room temperature first, then microwave for 15-20 seconds and enjoy!

To store our Edible Cookie Dough Logs, keep refrigerated. Their expiry time is marked on the packaging.

Wholesale

What is the MOQ?

We have a $100 minimum order spend (including codes and excluding shipping fees) for wholesale.

How is delivery made?

All "dry" (i.e. products that do not require refrigeration) orders are shipped either via Australia Post or our private delivery drivers.

All perishable orders are shipped via third-party refrigerated couriers or our private delivery drivers.

Can I track my order?

Yes, tracking information is provided.

Can I customise or modify the products to my preference (e.g. add/remove nuts, larger quantity, etc.)?

Yes! We cater to almost all modifications. To find out whether we can cater to your custom requirements, please contact us with your needs.

Can I request a new product to be made?

Seen a trending dessert somewhere that's gone viral and you want someone to replicate it for your store? Look no further because the bakers at Crumb Face are a talented bunch who can accomplish just that. Though, there are some products we're restricted in manufacturing. Contact us with your requirements and we'll do what we can to make it happen, or let you know if we can't.

What is the MOQ for customised products?

Any customised or new products have a MOQ of 10kg per order.

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping for "dry" orders (i.e. products that do not require refrigeration) over $250.
