We offer shipping Australia wide!
We ship orders on Monday - Fridays.

'AUSPOST'

We use Australia Post as our courier. While we acknowledge that the shipping costs are higher than others, their service, reliability, accountability, and professional processes ensure your parcel arrives to you, or adequate information is provided should you need to locate your parcel.

- Available for all orders over $20

- Standard (2-8 business days)

- Express (1-4 business days)

Price is calculated at checkout based on customer's order total weight and delivery address.

'LOCAL RUN'

- Available for orders over $20 that are within these areas:
(Edmonson Park, Horningsea Park, Hoxton Park, Prestons, Casula, Glenfield, Lurnea, Macquarie Links, Bardia)

- Express $7.95, (1-2 business days).

We offer FREE standard shipping on public orders above $150. (Excluding Rural / Regional areas as according to AusPost)

We offer FREE standard shipping on wholesale orders above $250 (Excluding Rural / Regional areas as according to AusPost)

Can I request a specific shipping date and time?

For public orders, unfortunately not! We cannot guarantee a specific arrival date for delivery as we use third-party delivery methods to ship your orders.

For event/corporate orders, however, specific date deliveries are possible as we use our private delivery drivers. Please contact us with your event details.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We send our packages using Australia Post. You will receive a tracking confirmation which you can use on the their tracking websites. Deliveries usually take between 1-8 business days* after it has left us (depending on which shipping method you have chosen). In some cases, more time is needed for deliveries to be made.

*A business day is Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

For Western Australia and regional areas, delivery times may take longer.
We cannot provide any more tracking information than that provided by your tracking number.
If the recipient is not home, and the delivery driver can’t get hold of you with the number provided, then a re-delivery fee may occur. If the parcel is returned to us, it will be disposed of.

Do you Deliver to Hospitals, Universities or Police stations?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of these locations having multiple entrances and thousands of people coming and going, there is a high chance of items getting lost once delivered so we do not accept orders to Hospitals, Universities or Police stations.

If you do order to one of these locations, we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost once delivered.

Can I place multiple addresses in one order?

Each order can only be delivered/shipped to one address. For multiple addresses/recipients, you will need to make multiple orders.
